  • 10 hours total across 3 modules. Fully self-paced to complete it on your schedule. Wiley recommends finishing within 4 weeks, but there's no hard deadline on the free training.
  • PXT Select® evaluates whether a candidate fits a specific role by measuring cognitive ability, behavioral tendencies, and occupational interests against a performance model. DiSC® is used for development, communication, and teamwork after hire. Many organizations use both: PXT Select® to select the right person, DiSC® to develop them. Strategic Dynamics is an authorized partner for both.
