After completing a DiSC Workplace, Management or Agile EQ assessment, participants access Catalyst to revisit their profile, compare their style side-by-side with any colleague, and get personalized tips for working together more effectively.

Training doesn’t end when the workshop does — Catalyst keeps the insights alive on a daily basis.

Everything DiSC® workshops are fully customizable and typically range from a half-day to two full days depending on the program, group size, and depth of application desired.
