An Outcome Enablement Plan (OEP) is a plan between the buying and selling organizations to explore jointly the feasibility and benefits of a business partnership.
It’s a living document created by a “buyer-centered-seller” with modifications made by the buyer to define all the key activities under each milestone that must be performed by both parties for the buyer to make an informed purchase decision and achieve their desired outcomes.
An OEP defines all the milestones and activities from the first encounter whereby an agreement is reached on a possible fit to the buyer achieving their measurable outcomes desired.
