Everything DiSC® Certification

Description

Earn the Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner credential through Strategic Dynamics, a Wiley Authorized Partner. This two-week blended learning program prepares HR professionals, L&D leaders, and organizational consultants to administer assessments, design and facilitate DiSC® workshops, and coach individuals using the DiSC® behavioral model.

What’s included:

• Five self-paced asynchronous learning modules (~3 hours each)

• Four mandatory 120-minute live instructor-led virtual sessions

• Two application projects with expert coaching (group facilitation + 1:1 coaching) • Final certification exam — 80% passing score required • Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner credential upon passing

• SHRM-approved for 20 Professional Development Credits (PDCs)

Course dates are selected after purchase. You will receive an email with available cohort start dates. Courses run every two weeks on a rolling schedule.

Note: The Catalyst™ Practitioner Experience (CPE) is required alongside this certification and is purchased separately.  All sales are final. All four live sessions are mandatory to sit for the final exam.
